Based on Local Rules Sukabumi Number 6 Year 2008 on the Establishment and Organization of the regional Sukabumi Mayor and Regulation Number 32 Year 2008 regarding Position, Task principal, Function and Administration of the Office of Investment and Sukabumi Integrated Services is a regional technical institutions that have carry out basic tasks and functions of policy formulation and implementation of local capital investment and licensing services in an integrated manner in Sukabumi.

Office of Investment and Integrated Services Sukabumi led by a Head Office which is located under and responsible to the Head of the Region through the Regional Secretary. Head of Investment and Integrated Services in the execution of their duties Sukabumi assisted by a sub-section and three sections and Functional Group.
